Uptrip October Collections

The new Uptrip October collections for 2025 are here. However, this time they did not launch mid-month as usual. The release took place on 27 October. The late drop was intentional, because a new Halloween feature accompanied the launch and created extra buzz in the community.

As always, we at Scantofly.de took a closer look at the collections and evaluated them:

1. Helvetia’s Vault (50 CHF Swiss flight voucher, 1× redeemable)

With “Helvetia’s Vault”, Switzerland takes centre stage. To redeem it, you need 16 cards in total, including 10 originals. The set must include Swiss cities, Swiss airline cards, and different Swiss aircraft models.

In return, users receive a 50 CHF voucher for Swiss flights. The collection is very limited – only 50 users in total can claim the reward. If you already hold the required cards and want the voucher, you should redeem the Uptrip collection quickly, as it is likely to sell out fast.

2. Eurowings Throne in the Sky (40 Points & 40 Qualifying Points, 1× redeemable)

he second October Uptrip collection is called “Eurowings Throne in the Sky”. To redeem it, users need 7 cards, including 5 originals. The highlight is the new special card “Eurowings Biz Class Seat”, which is required twice.

You also need:

• Berlin
• Eurowings A320 (×2)
• Dubai (×2)

This card selection is no coincidence. Eurowings will test a new Business Class seat on the Berlin–Dubai route from November, using the A320. If you book a return flight on this new seat, you will automatically get the required cards. However, due to the high fare, this collection will likely be redeemed very slowly.

The extra points boost towards Lufthansa status, such as FTL or Senator, is one of many recently released by Miles & More.

🎃 New: The “Spooky Mixer” – Halloween Feature with Surprise Effect

For the first time, Uptrip introduces the “Spooky Mixer” for Halloween. Users can combine cards to receive one of five Spooky Cards.

The Mixer gives collectors a new way to obtain rare cards. This was noticeable immediately. On the marketplace, more rare cards appeared shortly after launch, which were previously very hard to find.

As seen with earlier releases, the app was heavily loaded in the first hours after launch.

Conclusion: Uptrip October Collections

Even with only two collections, Miles & More delivered a targeted and exciting release in October. The “Spooky Mixer” created a seasonal highlight that will especially appeal to Uptrip card collectors, while giving a small number of users the chance to secure FTL status. It remains to be seen how the Mixer will influence the marketplace and future trading behaviour.
